Hospitality has been my passion and purpose for more than two decades. At the heart of Roots & Wings is a simple belief: great hospitality is built by people who feel confident, supported, and genuinely connected to what they do.
With over 15 years of international hospitality experience — and a personal connection to Indonesia since 2004 — I combine hands-on leadership experience with a deep understanding of team dynamics, service culture, and guest experience. I don't work as an external consultant standing on the sidelines. Through Roots & Wings, I work alongside hotels and hospitality teams across Indonesia, supporting operational structure, leadership development, service culture, and guest experience through practical, on-site collaboration.
With experience leading boutique luxury concepts such as Lost Lindenberg and contributing to hospitality education at the Sumba Hospitality Foundation, my work bridges international standards with local culture and real-world application. Roots & Wings was created from a deep connection to Indonesia and a belief in hospitality that is both human and lasting.
